<p>Balance is our natural state. I like to think that this notion of <em>coming home</em> really does make sense, because we are not trying to <em>achieve</em> balance, but rather <em>return</em> to it. The path to balance isn’t always in the “doing.” It can be about the undoing. Both require listening. </p><p><br></p><p>In addition to your daily alignment work, this flow lights up the energy we’ve been cultivating this entire journey. It includes two sets of plank push-ups and some balancing work. But don’t let that intimidate you. Instead, acknowledge what it took you to get here. </p><p><br></p><p>Look how far we have come. You should feel proud.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>There is an option to follow this practice with an extra pranayama video, if you have time. For various reasons I’m a bit behind in Home. I did practice day 25 yesterday which was lovely. This was a beautiful reminder of why I practice daily. Absolutely! “Balance is my natural state.” My manta for life. Xoxo love ya!💜💛

<p>I loved the flow and everything, but no way I can do the crow 🐦‍⬛. My balance is quite good, but my wrists don’t like too much pressure. I am approaching 79 and think I am happy with all my other achievements. I started Yoga with Adriene in March 2020, love to do it every morning. Thank you💝🙏🏻💝🇳🇴💕💕</p>

Balance is my natural state. Toe balance was still wobbly, but my feet are getting stronger. 💜🙏🏻
