<p>This was really nice :) powerful, but not too much ^^ adjusted by holding my hands behind my neck also in the first pose where we had our heads above the ground, my neck just hurts too much otherwise ^^" but with that adjustment, it felt really good, nice quick practice :) thank you 💜</p>

<p>Ooof. Small but mighty. One day I will have a core. Only struggled with the last bit though and would recommend even if your core needs work like mine does. A little goes a long way as Adriene says and doing this regularly is manageable. </p>

<p>This video has helped me find core muscles I didn’t know existed! I’ve done this 4 days in a row and MAN am I burning. Adriene’s voice saying “ME HARMS” keeps popping in my head 😂 Thanks for being silly sometimes and keeping us laughing.</p>

<p>I’ve been doing this one 3 times per week since it was released, and my core is much stronger already! I also notice less shoulder tension and pain—an unexpected and very welcome side effect! </p>
