<p>I loved the emphasis on slow and gentle here in this practice, Adriene. I also appreciated the cues to foundation and to core work. I'm not a tennis player, but, I found that this practice is applicable to my active lifestyle. The stretches were so yummy and I felt looser by the end. Thank you for helping me take care of my body without force or trying to focus on maintaining and changing into multiple shapes throughout. You and FWFG are awesome! 🙌🏻👏🏻😃</p>
