<p>Coming to the mat was challenging as my sweet dog crossed over the rainbow bridge earlier today 🐶🌈. But within a few seconds of hearing Adriene’s soothing voice, the tears started flowing and before I knew it, that FLOW took over and my heart felt so much lighter by the end. I am more grateful than ever for this practice today. ♥️</p>

<p>Thank you Adriene!</p><p>I woke up sore this morning and I was anxious about struggling through this practice, but I made it through. I know it's going to be slow goings until I regain my strength again, but I already feel even just a little bit stronger, if not in my body, in my heart and mind. ♡</p><p>I'm not usually one to leave comments online (literally ever), but trying to insert myself into this community instead of always doing everything alone is honestly making even the smallest difference in motivating me to carry on. :)</p>

<p>Phew! Fitting these practices in early morning before my newborn and toddler wake up is a challenge. It's a good practice in letting go of my worry over whether someone will wake up in the middle or not and just work on being where I am. Another beautiful sequence.</p>
