Wow! This is the third 30 day yoga series I"ve done in a row (thank you, pandemic) and while the others have been great, this particular series really speaks to me! Thank you!

As soon as Adriene says “namaste” and the outro music starts, my dog runs over. 😂 He knows i’ll pay attention to him after my yoga.

<p>I practiced this at night. I did True 30DoY Day 19 - Thought, earlier this morning and this is a great follow-up practice to it! Everything is in alignment. The power of the breath is so evident here too. And focus influences my state of being. Humbling takeaways! Where my focus is, that’s where my energies flow and if I set my mind into connecting inwards while I ground and find my (solid) footing…centering… lifting my energies up to the crown…it’s so good! I am one! I love the moments of stillness in mountain pose. To feel my presence in about 9 minutes?! It’s quite meditative. And the visualization, delightful! Nice body scan. Actually feel each body part activate, wow Adriene! Nice cues! Strong and light in Warrior 2. Star pose! Stable as I reached my palm down opposite toes. I hopped both times to get my feet together. Standing bow was a challenge on the left. I didn’t push it. I settled down, reset my position and got my focus. Managed well on my right side.This is the first time I have ever practiced this session. And hands-free asanas. It’s nice to connect inwards and hold the poses, focus! This is what I was after. To be able to maintain my balance amidst chaos! To stay true. Maintain boundaries.Thanks Team for including this in this month’s Salute calendar! It’s so appropriate! Nice way to train the mind! Lovely gift! The power of the mind and the breath working together for the body to be still! To stay present. Strong, still, light, centered and upright. It’s a practice! I love coming back to! Peace, Light and Love to everyone practicing! As Liz would say: May all beings be safe, be happy, be healthy. May they live with ease. <p>Wow! Delightful! The power of the thought is more evident when it takes the backseat to focus on the breath. Sweet! I love this session too! This is such a truly remarkable inner self love, care and discovery. This felt so good at 17th day! Nice way to open the practice in tadasana. This is such a powerful practice. I love eagle arms with one leg crossed over and around the calves, the higher I lift up my eagle arms, the more I feel solid, free, comfortable and joyful! Thank you for this opportunity to delight in what I can endure and still just be present. Awesome way to train the mind. When I am connected I can do hard stuff! When I feel my way inwards, I notice that I can find balance, peace, contentment as I breathe fully, slowly deeply into the inner recesses of every nooks and crannies, oh my, life is beautiful! Love the standing wide-legged forward fold with the binds and really working to clasp the hands down and out makes for a truly immersive experience as my head grazes the ground. The blood flow afterwards, it feels wonderful to be alive! I thought you’d guide us to Goddess pose, I was like, oh! And then my inner voice whispered: trust, I was all for it! to hear you describe…yogic squat- and it’s the most expansive squat I have ever done, amazing! I relished it so much! This is a great practice to meet the day. I should do this series from time to time! I am not done with this series yet and here I am plotting already, my inner-self loves this journey too! It’s that good! I relished 10 minutes in savasana in Texas T. Everything is right with the world :) thanks Adriene for this lovely gift! Our thoughts powers our life experiences indeed. No toxic thoughts :) our actions speaks volumes - self-love grows from practices like these. Rewire the mind, come to practice more :) be well. Thrive. <p>Loved this! It’s my first time doing this session, I will check out the whole True 30DoY series this year, it’s like Flow. I did this after Rey’s four-sided Core Video, perfect combination from December 2023 calendar. Strengthening, lengthening, stretching, soothing as well as mindful and empowering - what the power of thought can do! Nice grounding focus, great mind-body connection. Wide-legged forward folds, standing eagle arms…feels so good! Love those binds and clasped arms. So good for the whole body. A nice stability/balancing/focus practice - no toxic thoughts!
