Dear Adrienne

As a faithfull follower from you I practise since years your yoga with my Manga (big mountaindog) next to me ,as you do with Bengi. I just wanted to tell the Adriene community that my beloved Manga left this world and I am so sad, but I trust that your yoga will help me through this!

Love

Vera from Brussels

Did angone else find this super challenging?? “Balancing postures really show you where you are” well I’m feeling a little like I’m way further back in my journey than I realized 😅

I was a rather terrified after reading the comments 😉 but ended up enjoying the practice. The balancing work towards the end is pretty tricky, I had to adjust a bit. I must admit that I would have needed a bit more time to warm up, but maybe that’s just my body needing a ridiculously long time to get ready.

I nearly skipped this one as I knew it was challenging. I adapted, modified and found with using props its a nice doable practice with intense hip stretches. 🧡💛💚💚🩵💙🤎🤍🩶

Don't forget y'all! Blocks/books are everyone's friend! I've been. Out of practice for a bit and regressed quite alot. So I definitely needed the blocks today. 🥰

Loved this! Awesome practice! I followed my gut and did Yoga for the Spine first. Once I was able to release, let go and found ease - sat still for a bit - and went ahead and surrender, trust Adriene’s expertise to see me through! So good! Thanks for bringing joy around the world, that was amazing. Slowing down is Definitely rewarding. Moving mindfully and with intention, I was able to find or ease myself towards balance. Thank you for starting the year with Center. And for all the contents here - this safe space is a treasure trove of loving kindness.I love Align! My body-mind-heartspace is elsted by your loving support Adriene. Thanks FWFG team - for all the love! I am honored to be practicing here along with this amazing community. May we all thrive well together ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

I am so glad nobody sees me. I do my best. My body does not become younger, but the yoga with Adriene and BENJI helps me to feel good, - afterwards today. Thank you on a very grey day🌫️ 💝🙏🏻💝🇳🇴

This is such a challenging practice. I'm 73; got osteoporosis; hips that don't flex out easily; have to work hard on balance postures. This was really tough for me. My balance was all over the place today so the flowing balance movement was not easy (wobbly would be a better description!); there is no chance of my body achieving a forward fold with a leg crossed over the other. I've been practising yoga for almost 40 years; this was not my finest hour! It's left me feeling a bit disheartened.
