<p>I needed this practice today. I've been feeling great for the last few months, despite the stress of school. Unfortunately, my friend died a couple of days. The event has definitely knocked me off balance. I know this too shall pass. I'm just trying to hold on and keep it together. </p>

<p>Lovely. “Strength can also mean centered, at peace, balanced…” thank you for this session. Adriene. It’s a nice follow-up session to Dedicate 30DoY D6 - Core. Nice restorative pose to start the practice with knees together. It’s as if this practice was designed to continue where Dedicate D6 - Core left off. This has just the right amount of core work to feel really gathered. Nice way to hug the midline. Short but highly effective. I am strong. Nice back. This month’s Rhythm theme is so beautiful! Refining my chakras. It’s a perfect foil to Dedicate. Everything is in alignment with Finding What Feels Good. Strong means being able to go with the flow without losing my ground. This session is good for all ages, great for teens to learn about hugging the core, aligning it to values, intent and vision. It all somehow comes into play as the midsection gets warmed up! Love the stays, gather intel and build strength and flow from well within the innermost part of our center…rise up…May we all be well, come what may. We can find our way through…we are enough 💚🩵💙💜 11/14/25 the journey continues…thanks Adriene</p>
