You don’t have to be any measure of perfect, flexible, athletic, or enlightened. In this Anytime Unwind practice, I encourage you to show up honestly. Let this practice be slow, intentional, yours. Let go of the day and soften into this session, designed to unravel tension and release what no longer resonates.
