Twenty minutes for your mental health through beginner to intermediate movement and breath. <strong>Come as you are</strong> for this session. <em>Bring it.</em></p><p>Expect to work with different planes of movement to stimulate and strengthen the brain body connection, as well as tone lower abdominals, glutes, arms, legs, and back body. Join me as we find length in the hamstrings, waist, spine and neck. Expect some heat through the vinyasa. We will end by calming the nervous system with a breath ratio technique in a cool down.</p></div>
