Twenty minutes for your mental health through beginner to intermediate movement and breath. <strong>Come as you are</strong> for this session. <em>Bring it.</em></p><p>Expect to work with different planes of movement to stimulate and strengthen the brain body connection, as well as tone lower abdominals, glutes, arms, legs, and back body. Join me as we find length in the hamstrings, waist, spine and neck. Expect some heat through the vinyasa. We will end by calming the nervous system with a breath ratio technique in a cool down.</p></div>

<p>Am I the only one who misses natural light (window behind the practitioners) during these practices? Unfortunately, I couldn’t clear that thought from my mind. Since I can only change myself, I’ll be gravitating more towards the older practices.</p><p>**EDIT** The new space introduced in June 2024 with the calve session is SO MUCH BETTER. So glad to have natural light back. ❤️</p>

<p>Am I the only one whose kneecaps can’t handle it when we are in a low lunge and it’s time to “walk it back to deepen the stretch”? Like what am I doing wrong bc if I do that my knee is jacked for days. Insualky just lift it instead but I had to ask if anyone else’s body just hates doing that </p>

<p>Sending lots of love out today 💞 even though I don’t know who you are, on which part of this earth you find your mat, it’s through this knowing that there are other mats being rolled out, with like minded humans and pets flowing and breathing today and every day, I feel the connection to something more than my mat and my breath. It warms my heart to imagine this web of energetic love I find myself in 🥰 </p>

A strengthening, stretchy and energising flow with moves to keep my brain active and to wake up my mind and body, leading to a calming asana which settled my crazy nervous system down (once I had stopped waiting for Adriene to count the breath ratio for me 🤣🤣). <p>I really struggled with the breathwork at the end, I feel like I always struggle to extend my inhales and counting to 8 whilst trying to breathe in just left me feeling really frustrated. Does anyone else get this?</p>
