Bridge the gap between mind and body. This 32-minute yoga practice session is great for those needing to find balance and calm. This practice is also GREAT for preventative care. Take care that you are not burning yourself out! Use this next 30 minutes to breathe, find your center, and fill your cup.

Trust that this time is valuable.

My dog has learned to recognise that guitar riff at the end of a video as his moment to jump me 😂

I finished this practice at 4:40am.

I went to bed, exhausted, at 10pm. My partner came in at 1:15 and immediately started snoring the house down and nothing I did made him stop for more than a minute.

After trying to breathe through my irritation, I got up to read until 2:30. Then back to bed where he was still snoring. I tried moving to the couch but it is old and uncomfortable, so I made a pallet on the floor of my office, but it was hurting my back.

At 4:00 I decided to just embrace 3 hours of sleep and do yoga.

My plan was to make coffee and get to work making final edits on my novel, but now I'm not stressed out anymore and I want to go back to sleep!

Delightful practice, but I'm gonna need a lot of fresh air and coffee to get me through the day!

Woke up hours before my alarm and lay in bed. This was a good way to start the morning. I didn’t feel particularly stressed, but my mind was racing, so it was nice to take some time to quiet + slow down. Thank you, Adriene + sweetest Benji. Namaste all 🙏💖☺️🙆🏻‍♀️🫶

Just what was needed after another day of challenges with my teenage daughter. I know it's the age, but so glad yoga can help me through some of it! 🩷

So so good! I wasn't even feeling particularly stressed this morning, but now feel so much better. What would I do without you, Adriene?
