Use this at home yoga practice as needed to hit the reset button and/or re-fill your self care cup!</p><p><br></p><p>Instead of wrestling with our past or tangling our thoughts in the unknown details of the future - this type of practice allows us to be disciplined about being present in the moment.</p><p><br></p><p>When our awareness is grounded in the present, we are more likely to increase energy and feelings of wellbeing and reduce stress response. My mother passed away this morning. After a few hours I decided to do my morning Yoga practice, so glad I did, really needed it today. 🙏

Thank you so much! My grandmother just passed and her funeral is today. I am also doing a reading at the service I feel thus practice has set me up in a calm manner to arrive there feeling peaceful 😊

This is not what I’d think about for social anxiety. There was barely any movement here so plenty of time for the mind to wander to things we are worried about. I thin a practice that requires focus, that includes a lot of balancing would give the thinking mind a rest and empower you to ferl strong and capable. This one was not for me as I just let my mind wander…

<p>As someone who is terrified by meeting people, thank you for this practice. The only way to get better is to gradually expose myself for people and learn the world isn't ending if something awkward happens. Yhis makes taking those little leaps so much better.</p>
