<p>I've never needed a love-themed yoga practice more - today is my daughter's 23rd birthday, and we are basically estranged at this point. It's the most painful thing I've ever experienced as of this date and there are days i dont know if I'll make it through. Thank you for giving me some respite.</p>

<p>This little mantra: inhale lots of love in / exhale lots of love out, has been such a lifesaver in the past 18 months as my husband went through treatment for cancer and then lost his life 🙏😔 Somehow saying those words in my head causes my lungs to open more fully. I’ve even been successful sending myself to sleep with it too… when struggling to calm down my brain. 💜</p>

Okay here’s what to expect. Starts mindfully by gently mobilising the neck, the spine (freestyle cat-cow, puppy, sphinx). Tap into your strength with a forearm plank and a short warrior sequence, stretch the hips with a yummy pigeon on each side, then twist it out in your back. It’s quite short (intro and meditative check-in are five minutes, the meditative ending on your back are another three minutes). Relatively gentle and beginner friendly with careful explanation of the poses and encouraging words. Just one thing adriene - might well be me, but I find it hard to listen both to my breath and to you talking…

<p>I needed this reminder of love this morning. After watching the live broadcast of Prime Minister Trudeau talking about the tariffs being placed on Canada by the USA today. I was tempted to cancel my membership and show my solidarity to Canada by only supporting Canadian endeavours. On completing the yoga session this morning...I simply won't allow the political stresses between our countries to prevent me from sharing this beautiful love filled and supportive space. We are friends and I have a deep respect for Adrienes policy of inclusivity and am in accord with her values. I will continue to support the Find What Feels Good community through my membership. Sending Love to the USA and breathing in Love and support from my fellow Canadians. Namaste.</p>

<p>The mantra, lots of love in, lots of love out, is one I learnt a long time ago within this community and it’s something I use all the time. Loved that practise, thank you darling girl namaste 🙏🏽 ♥️ 🧘🏼‍♀️ PS tell me I’m not going mad, before I went to bed last night, I checked which session it would be today and I swear there was only one option and not two and this morning, there’s another offering there 🤔 a quick 15min which I am always so grateful for, I may save that one for after work 💻 🪑 💆‍♀️ </p>
