This is a 20 minute Feel Good Yoga Flow to check in with your breath, move your body, regulate your nervous system, and strengthen your core.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Some practices tone and strengthen your body (your big, mirror muscles) but leave your nervous system a wreck. This session is intended to do the opposite, allowing you to center mentally and emotionally while receiving that full body flow you crave.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Connect to the subtle body, work from a place of integrity, and celebrate your body throughout the process. </p><p><br></p><p>Let me know how it goes for you in the comment section below!&nbsp;</p>

<p>I'm almost 70 now, and trying to get back on the mat after a long time away. I'm so discouraged right now. My wrists hurt too much to do anything weight bearing (Downward dog, push ups). Is there a yoga session that doesn't put me on my wrists?</p>

I haven’t done yoga consistently for a couple of months. I used to never be able to go a day without it. Then my dad passed and I lost motivation and trust in myself and my practice. Today, that was restored. I finally plucked up the courage to roll out my mat for this practice. I sat with myself after and realised - the only reason I felt that I couldn’t get back on this path was because I knew I would have to face my feelings and sit with them. That’s okay. I will get there. Thank you Adriene 🤍 Namaste 🙏✨

I dont know how you do it but you always know EXACTLY what i need and thst makes me assured the Universe connected us , a year ago " randomly"when i chose to begin my yoga journey ....i eould love to share the before Michelle body mind and soul 🌊🔥🫀 with you to the Spirit i am today ...one year has completeky transgorned me inside and out.
