Happy New Year! Long-time YouTube practicer here, first time gifting myself Find What Feels Good membership. My intention was to engage with this lovely community, so - hi from south-east London!

Happy Day 1 and thank you for this session, Adriene. This is my fourth year of 30 days (which has grown into a near daily practice for me) but this year I am particularly proud for showing up on the mat as I am 2/3s of the way through chemo treatment and wondered if it I could. I am being gentle with myself - using a few more props, moving a little more gingerly, but feel centred and semi-strong. Namaste!

Hello everyone! New here, first time yoga with Adrienne. I’ve seen all your comments on Facebook and I decided to commit to this practice with you. I’m 57 and my body aches all the time…hope to find freedom here! So hi from Quebec, Canada (but currently in Florida). Happy New Year 2024!

Happy new year 🎊 from me also. I am feeling tender as I gave birth to my daughter just a month or so ago. It was a natural birth and my body worked hard. I'm feeling my pregnant tummy in between my thighs in forward folds.

My intention: well, I intend to charm myself this year 💕

It's difficult finding my feet as a mother but I will make it. 🌱

Namaste

Happy New Year everyone! My first practice of 2024 began with acknowledging the chronic pain in my left hip and in my knees. My intention is to be kind to myself, do the best I can, while still kicking my practice up a notch, maybe only by being more consistent. I will be seeking some treatment for the chronic hip pain which has been flaring recently. As for the knees, I'm going to be working on alternatives to kneeling positions, as the arthritis in my knees simply won't let me do those anymore. Anyone here who will be working with me on those troublesome knees? That's how it is, and I'm just doing what I can! Love and peace for 2024!

Goodmorning from Den Bosch, the Netherlands 🧘🏽‍♀️ 🇳🇱

Due to longcovid I had to skip last year, and it felt so bad to stop an 8 year on going tradition that this year I decided to go back to the mat everyday, just to lay on it and feel connected with yall.

Maybe I can do some simple stretching or just listen to Adriene's voice.

Wishing you all a happy journey!

I am 6 days postpartum and this was amazing. Reconnecting with my body after delivery was such an important part of my mental health. I didn't even realize that my body needed my attention until I got to the mat today. Thank you Adriene. I am taking it slow but oh so grateful for your 30 day calendar.
