<p>So where do I see that my video is completed for the day? It used to turn green and now, I see absolutely no difference or telltale that I did my video. Is there something I'm not noticing??</p>

<p>I know today's practice was about fearlessness but today I couldn't help but acknowledge what I am fearful of, and that is not being able to do the things that I love like I used to. I used to binge eat because of my depression (still need to actively avoid triggers but it's hard) and I've gained a lot of weight. I struggled today even though it's something I used to be able to do maybe not easily but at least easier. I'm a little ashamed of myself.</p>

<p>I found this quite tough. Probably didn't help that I'm feeling a bit beaten up as I had my covid and flu jabs yesterday. I will need to try it again when I am less achey.</p>

<p>"Today's practice is zipping us out of our comfort zone and taking us on a kind of swift ride. Much like some of our days, right? We wake up and just want everything to be kind of smooth  and easy....And a lot is asked of us that maybe we don't feel prepared for...How do we meet that? Breathe...." </p><p>Stepped onto the mat for this practice today and while my body struggled a bit in the poses, it was exactly what was needed for Adriene's message went right to my heart. And I am once again reminded that yoga is so much more than the physical practice on our mat. Filled with gratitude. Thank you.</p>

<p>is it possible to turn off the darkening of the videos I already did (or didn't and sometimes those I did aren't darkened)? either way - it's interfering with my ADHD so much I several times just closed the app bc of overwhelm inestead of deciding which video I wanna do. @@ </p>
