<p>Needed this today. Just had a milestone birthday, three months post breakup from an emotionally manipulative 17 year relationship with a possible narcissist, found out he just bought a house in a new town and for some reason that feels like it has destroyed me, and I am embarking on solo travel for the first time soon. Feeling big time self doubt. As always, Adriene has my back and reminds me that I am strong and I am worthy 🙏</p>

My dog passed away very suddenly earlier this week and I’m still coming to terms with it ans having flashbacks to her final moments. I’m carrying so much guilt and grief that it’s been difficult to find peace and release in anything so I’m grateful for short slow practices to help get me grounded when I need it most. This practice was great, thank you ❤️

<p>Feeling very unsettled &amp; insecure, job risk out of the blue! This practice helped to lift my anxiety a little and the feelings of self doubt taking root! I know this is now how I deal with whatever happens and self believe will be important. I also know time on my Mat will make such a difference ❤️🙏</p>

<p>What a beautiful practice. It may be short, yet it is packed with wisdom along with strengthening, stretching and soothing movements. I rolled out the mat feeling sad and overwhelmed by grief surrounding a loved one's life changing diagnosis. I am leaving feeling calmer yet more energized to find the resources to help my loved one and our family. Adriene said, "...you have the power you need to accomplish whatever it is your heart desires..." I believe if you move through this practice you will feel this to be true. I know I do. Filled with gratitude for Adriene and this community. Thank you.</p>
