<p>I have been practicing yoga off and on for 12 years, with the last two years being consistently on a daily basis. This practice was the first time a flow ever “clicked,” that I felt confident in what I was doing, and felt like a real yogi. I’m proud of how well I flowed! This was spicy! </p>

I didn't have the strength or energy today to complete and do the side plank. Swapped in some much needed back stretches instead. Aim to come back to this and complete it all the end of the 30 days as been doing well up until now. Am very grateful for these 30 day programmes and just need to remember to adjust when needed and not get frustrated🙏
