LOVE IT. One of my fav. If somebody would ask me what is the biggest benefit of speaking english (which is not my birth language), I would say things like this. Feeling so blessed that I can be part of comunity like this.

Who hasn't had toothpaste on their shirt? Why is toothpaste so difficult to remove?

This neck and shoulder relief has soothed my very rigid right shoulder. I know that it’s caused by tension which is annoying me ! I have saved this great session and will return to it again and again. Thank you. Namaste 🙏 x

I rename this the toothpaste on your shirt shoulder relief session. I think I even had some too! It’s a goodie!

Especially the reminder about maybe not seeing both sides to any situation. Who can use more work in that area? Definitely me. Namaste. 🕯️💕☮️

Inhale. February 15. 1595 days.

This was quite needed. I felt that I found more nuance here than in other neck and shoulder routines. As an aside, Adriene's pants were a near match for Benji.

This practice was exactly what I needed. I have been grieving, and my emotional state has manifested in my body as tension in the neck and shoulders. I feel less tense now. I also feel prompted to think about what I am not allowing myself to acknowledge about my father's life and death and how that is impacting my mental and physical wellbeing. Thank you Adriene and FWG team. 💙

Thank you!!! I love doing this sequence seated on a hard chair and wearing sneakers. I find using the hard surfaces to really push for resistance helps me release tension. 🥰

As someone who suffers from migraines, this practice me big time. I'll be coming back to this sequence again. Thank You! 😀

Can you elaborate more on what you said about neck pain being a symptom of not being able to see the other side of something?
