I’m currently in Israel under a state of war. I’ve been a FWFG for a while now, and it’s helped me through many days, empowered me on good days and hard ones alike. I decided to practice the Release practice today. It was amazing and the mantra “I release” brought up things like the need to control, the guilt in not fixing things, and all sorts of things that needed releasing. Thank you Adriene for providing a healthy medium to keep humans in a healthy state ❤️

I was in a bit of a rush this morning, so I set the playback speed to 1.5 and I have to say... it was perfect for this video! There is a lot of talking and speeding through that really made a difference. :)

My prop was a box of Kleenex. 😅 More importantly, this was a perfect practice for today, my bday (#56). Yesterday I told myself I wanted to leave behind all the heaviness, all the irritants, all the things that drag us down and that we can’t change except by not reacting. I wanted to start this new year on Earth with more lightness, more openness. So what a blessing to find this practice, confirming my soul’s own direction — and allowing me to have all of you as co-conspirators! 😉 Thank you Adriene and team for this incredibly beautiful bday present! 🙏🏻💙🎉

Absolute lush practice to release all my stress and tension after a busy day. A reminder of how wonderful the 30 day yoga journeys are. This practice was full of ease, strength and energetic fun. Always love a bit of KOHD. Would love more like minded yoga sessions in the future … thank you 🙏🏻 💜🙏🏻💜

I release all need to effort or struggle. I surrender to things exactly as they are so that Life might move through me with grace.

My prop was a blackberry. (My breakfast plate was sitting near me.) When adriene suggested to give thanks to your prop, I bowed to my blackberry and popped it into my mouth!

Echoing others to say I almost did another based on length, but I'm so glad I didn't! This one was so lovely and flew by. As someone who started YWA after Yoga Camp and has never done it, I'm really thinking I need to do the full 30 days.
