Thank you for this practice, Adriene. Although I am not a nurse, I had been helping my mom care for my dad for the past year and a half. He passed, yesterday, and this practice was a gift to me. It has been a long, difficult road, but he is at peace, now. A shout out to all RNs, CNAs, PCTs and hospice workers. You are AMAZING!!!!

Doing this practice a day early because I have to work the next 2 days (L&amp;D RN) and I’m never sure if i will be home in tome to squeeze in a little yoga before bed! I try to get in a 10-20 min practice but sometimes im too exhausted! Thank you for this. Im going to save it in my favorites! Happy nurses week to all the nurses iut there!!💕

This is awesome. I know everyone working is so tired and emotionally drained. Could you please make another or maybe a meditation for health care. We have nothing left of ourselves some days. I feel so much better after your sessions. They are keeping me going. Thank you for helping change my life.

I am a single mom to three kids with autism, and rarely find time to take care of myself. Yoga is one of the few things I do for myself, and this practice was much needed for me today. Thank you!💜

I feel like this could also be called Yoga for Pharmacists 💕💊😷. We also spend a lot of time caring for others and standing on our feet. Lovely practice after a long day in the pharmacy during the COVID pandemic.
