<p>Looking for a morning flow I came across this practice! Love the vibe of these earlier practices … strengthening and swift. Love the repetition from warrior 2 to reverse triangle with detoxifying twists. The view of the lake and the music is so relaxing and I especially loved hearing more of the YWA theme tune at the end!! An overall absolute gem, if not now my absolute favourite … thank you thank you 💜💜🙏🏻</p>

<p>I always forget how much I love this one. It was perfect for today as I had a lot of energy I needed to get out. </p>

<p>I only just found out that Freedom Flow, one of my all-time favourites, has got a sequel! Freedom Flow 2 is fun, swift and strong - a good little sequence to start the day energized. (I always prefer "live" voice to voiceover, but somehow it doesn't bother me in the Freedom Flows as Adriene starts with a nice intro before the switch to the session).</p>
