I wonder what is the modification for cow legs for people like me with big thighs?

Im so excited after this practice I had to share. Ive dislocated my shoulder 3 times and torn rotater cuff etc... ive had years of physio. I gave that all up about 22 months ago and started doing yoga every day on this app. . Today for the first time i did the little neck gammock thing at the end and my right shoulder actually lay flat on the ground. I started up on 3 yoga blocks. Wow. Just wow. And no pain. This is immense for me. It was like that first time your heels hit in down dog! Im a long way from Dolphin or the cactus arms on my bavk, but only 1 yoga block to go. Im winning this little gane against my injuries eith beautiful daily yoga. Well a little def went a long way today. Thanks Adriene, you are my absolute hero. Xxxxx

Any recommendations for what to do instead of cow pose? I really can’t do this unless I’m leaning heavily to one side and it feels awkward and not helpful so looking for an alternative. Thanks!

Hello ! September is a new beginning for me. After many weeks of stress and anxiety - and very little yoga - my body is feeling tight and uncomfortable. So here I am starting anew with a daily yoga commitment which I know will bring me joy and flexibility. Thank you for being there, waiting for me. Namaste x

Cow legs - I was taught it's called firelog legs. In any case, that's my favourite sitting position in yoga.

3 summer ago, After attempting a 5 mile uphill hike, I could only complete about half of it. I planned to "conquer the mountain" the following year. Alas, a hip replacement and ankle fracture stopped that plan. This year, again, I started the hike and finished it! This practice was perfect for my tired, painful, but very happy body, thank you, Adrienne! {I even took the plunge and went skinny dipping, yahoo! 😀) Interesting how one can feel physical pain and joy at the same time.

I see so many people ask questions in the comments after various sessions. But I never see the answers. How can this be remedied?
