<p>Your day 14 practice is a fun and therapeutic session with full conscious breath to guide the way. We focus on creating sensation and space in the body, learning to breathe and move with efficiency, mindfulness, and even sometimes joy - so that when we step off the mat we can continue that practice.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>This way we may proceed to learn and live with more ease.&nbsp;</p><p>This way we have proper energy in the tank to serve others more fully.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>We are approaching the halfway mark!</p><p><br></p><p>If you would like, take some time to write about how you are feeling (physically, mentally, and emotionally) after experiencing the first 14 days of this journey!</p><p><br></p><p>You may find some helpful writing prompts from me in your Day 14 Breath email.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>This is your time, this is your practice. This practice was so good. My big toes are getting shredded though, like the skin is tearing. Is that happening to abyone else? I think it has to do with my stiff feet i try to put my weight in the balls of my feet suring downward dog but it just keeps happening. Any suggestions would be welcome 😊

I tend to shrink back and feel like my presence or opinion isn't of value. In the star pose, I felt compelled to say "I am allowed to take up space!" It was a very powerful moment for me. Than you, Adriene, for another amazing practice.

Amazing practice! I can't believe I've done this everyday and feel so strong. Does anyone else's spine pop on the first forward fold? Mine pops a rapid 8 or so times when I first bend over for forward fold. Feels incredible but curious if this is common.
