All are welcome to join in this fun session that is designed to nourish both your physical and mental health! Lizard pose, or Utthan Pristhasana, is a wonderful asana to work toward as it can build strength and increase flexibility. For those who sit in a chair a lot, this pose can also provide some great relief in the hips and lower back too.
