<p>I've been getting lots of questions about yoga for hamstrings so this video is all about hamstring flexibility and creating a full body experience. Find ease as we increase flexibility and stability in the backs of the legs and stretch the full body.</p><p><br></p><p>This sequence is also great for stretching and supporting the back and relieving tension in the neck. Build awareness of the sit bone to heel connection and how to integrate breath to find what feels good and enjoy your practice!</p>

<p>Anyone else’s legs shaking the entire time 😂I walk daily, hike 1-2 times a week. Been on my mat for about 6 years now and can’t get those suckers to lengthen. Forward folds are rarely a resting pose for me. Bent knees are a must! Any tips or tricks would be appreciated (perhaps I just need to be doing this ditty weekly)? I’ve thought about seeing a physical therapist 🤔Much love and peace to all 🌻🌳</p>

<p>This felt so good and so important today as I have poor circulation in my legs and am now wearing compression socks during the day. My hamstrings are an integral part of this I feel so the stretches helped a lot. Thank you. Namaste x</p>

<p>My legs feel great after this, but now I think my issuewas more my hips being tight. My hips now feel unsettled as a result of this great stretch! It really is all connected, satisfying my hammies showed me something that isn't satisfied. Guess I have another practice! Is there any ideas that caused this for my hips though? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!</p>
