<p>Awesome practice! Did this after Day 12 Center and it’s such a fun pairing! I love the seated cobblers pose and then the transition to extending one leg to forward fold. Love the moments of stillness. Relished the great internal feedbacks, so still, so relaxed, the gentle movements of the lower belly and soothingly victorious breath! Love the reclined hips/butt massage. Gives new meaning to supine side stretches and twists! The practice keeps growing well within. This is such a wonderful restorative practice. A Yummy reset. Not just good for the upper body but for the legs too - an all over release, nourishment and relaxation. Feels like a massage to the inner recesses of my being as the mind feels so good and spacious. Ever present. So content. Feeling satiated. This is a nice grounding practice for me too! Thanks Adriene for another lovely experience. Staying True and connecting and listening to my internal feeds, is such a great journey of self-study and discovery. I can manage heated moments ;) a great motivation to practice more! A delightful way to nourish the observer in me. More love to discover and share and spread around. Peace, Light and Love to everyone practicing all over the world.
