Yesterday I spent 6 hours with my mom in the emergency room while waiting for her to be admitted to the oncology ward. Things are looking.. not good.

I came home after midnight and set my alarm to do my practice before I go back to the hospital this morning.

Now it's six a.m., practice is done, and I am feeling that little bit more grounded.

I have never actually managed to complete a 30 days of yoga in 30 days... it feels weird that this, of all times, is when I am feeling so deeply committed to my practice (but also - it makes sense)

Tell your people you love them, fellow yogis <3

This was such a lovely start to my Tuesday morning! Thank you! 🙏🥰

My abs have been quite sore since yesterday morning, mostly from Day 6, but I think A has snuck in a little core work in most days 😅. Is anyone else particularly feeling it too?

It's a lovely summer morning here in Australia and I'm practising with my door open and listen to the kookaburras and butcher birds adding a sound track to this gentle practise. Day 8, feel great! Thank you Adriene.

I was in hospital for 10 days over Christmas and NY, now recuperating. I haven’t been able to start Flow, instead using some of the restorative practices to build up some strength and movement. I was so happy to be able to complete this Flow practice today. It was just perfect for me. Now I am looking forward to doing the full Flow calendar, maybe next month.

I set ny intention the first practice of this journey as “I show up for myself and as myself” and it’s really changed the way I approach all these practices. By this time in the 30 days I’m struggling at least a little to keep up with it. But not this time. I changed from this being an item on my to do list I have to do to something I get to do for myself. Some quiet time for me because we all deserve some quiet time every day. Everything else can wait for twenty minutes. I had forgotten today would be a restorative practice and it was just what I needed today

My last yearly birthday present 🥰 I will savor every moment of it, and will likely continue the tradition of doing a relaxing yoga practice on my birthday, going forward. 😉Thank you for this practice, Adriene.
