<p>Thank you Adriene! Nice way to cool down after Compassionate Conversation. Tonight, I opted to practice mostly with my eyes open. To test my focus.</p><p>I found something new in thread-the-needle. Balancing with my arms out while in high lunge was a bit tricky at first, because it’s easier for me to feel my way through a pose with my eyes closed! I acknowledged that…and then found my center, that was good to know! I can adjust. I enjoyed this revisit. It’s perfect for prior to bedtime (for me) also! </p><p>Thanks Adriene!
