Thanks for including this in this month’s calendar. This is the very first time I have cone across this video. I would not have found this otherwise, based on its title alone . But this session has all the elements I love. I am strong. I have endurance. I have balance. I have stability. I find ease whenever it’s necessary. I am grateful! I do appreciate that I have both mind and body working for me instead of against me. Thanks Adriene! Peace in my mind, my heart, my words and my spirit. Nice reminder that the breath helps us achieve a toned body. May our breath power us through every practice (and off the mat too!). ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Been feeling off balance for the last couple of weeks. This practice helped gave my monkey mind a break and allowed me to recenter myself in the present moment. Its awesome how exercise can cultivate an amazing flow state.
