<p>❤️❤️ Video description: in this one we stay low to the ground, and get some nice stretches. We start in sukkasana, with some deep breathing. Then we go into some twists. We dive forward, spend some time in table top, hovering table, cat cow, some circles with the hips, child’s pose. Then we do a thread the needle sequence stretching/twisting the upper body (realizing I’m not sure what this pose is called but it’s one of my favorite). We come back up to seated for heart to knee pose on each side, baddakanasana, and some windshield wipers. </p>

the yoga mat shows how we are off the mat, I'm waiting for adrienes cues, meanwhile denying my own intuition who wanted to massage the feet, pull up my knees and so fort. This happens to me in life every day and I'm going to be mindful of it. I trust myself, my intuition and don't need anyone telling me what to do. Just listen to my inner voice. 😊 So thank you for this lesson!

<p>I really miss the calendars that would mark complete with a checkmark. The current one is a bit confusing. I was gone for 10 months due to a medical problem that required major surgery and recovery. I don't know where anything is. Anyway, just 2 cents. Glad to be back. 🙂</p>
