This all levels holistic practice is for everyone! Suited perfectly for the actual gardener, but also designed for the metaphorical gardener within each of us.

In this session, we will bring a loving release to the low back, hips, side torso, legs, ankles and feet. We will also stretch through the hands, wrists, and arms while practicing pranayama, or mindful breathing. Stretch and soothe the muscles of the neck, shoulders that carry tension while using this time to cultivate a strong bridge between mind and body.

What seeds do you want to plant? What needs tending to?

Dig in. Let’s do it!

It’s become a ritual to do this practice after my first day of spring gardening, which for me in Seattle, was today. I revisit this often during gardening season and add happy baby and reclined pigeon. AT 74 it’s great to know how much my Yoga practice has helped me continue gardening, even with all our rockeries. Thanks Adriene! ❤️

This was great for me after a day of being a tourist in Airlie Beach. My afternoon practice drew some attention from one local.

Springtime is great for gardening, perfectstart to the season. Allergies are also common, is there a complimentary practice that helps clear the sinuses so gardening is even more enjoyable?

I have not been following the calendar this month - been doing a lot of pruning and winter clean up in my garden. I’ve done several shorter videos, focusing on hands, arms and shoulders. But today I decided to do one of my all-time favorite practices, “Yoga for Gardeners.” When I checked the calendar, I laughed out loud when I saw that “Yoga for Gardeners” was today’s practice! How serendipitous! Thank you Adriene. And namaste to all you others practicing out there - gardeners and metaphorical gardeners alike! 🙏😊

Yummy. Delicious! Ooh…this felt really good this morning. It’s good to be alive. Thank you for creating the conditions for me to thrive —no matter what conditions or circumstances or the weather is like - I can evolve and grow. That’s such a lovely life-affirming gift! Less time and effort and yet gain the full or extra energy to take on a new day filled with gratitude and open arms, to discover more.

To be seen. Heard. Held. And loved by you all! I love you all back Adriene! Chris, et al

True to form, the pelvic floor awareness and the uddiyana bhanda made for a truly immersive experience! I found something new in lizard. I used the pelvic floor awareness and it was wonderful! And in those side body twists! There’s so much more lightness and expansion and increased range of motion when I focus on my connections. Bridging the gap between mind and body. I love this session frome beginning to end. I especially marveled in staff pose and the vinyasa - so simple yet so good to observe the connections, witness the alignments and relish in how yoga seeps deep within me to raise me up, hold me and bring forth joy to expand out from within. Every pose and vinyasa was a revelation of sorts. I Find What Feels Good! Thank you so much Adriene. Inner space Explore-elation at its finest. The practice does not go stale. It grows, evolves and really mesmerizes at each phase. I am so bowled over with gratitude. This is an homage to all gardeners, we all are, in one way or another. Thank you so much! There were some pops on my left elbows in coffee-grinder cum cat-cow ;) All throughout this was so divine! Like there’s a treat at every corner! So great after MSB. Great practice To Brace myself ;) so I can stay awake, aware and focused on each present moment. Feeling supported, I am never alone!

I have been feeling the weight of late…and every time I choose to spend time in this space, I feel so held together. Grasping at every bit of moment to expand its significance! To find the grooves and patterns to crack my way through. Authentically. With integrity. I had to slow it all down! Your space, is a wonderful love cave. I am discovering more, staying curious - because you really help me to come open, without expectations, stay strong, assured in the knowledge that I have the tools, the skills as “…the benefits and nutrients of the practice…” manifest into living life grateful for everything —- the way they are…and finding joys in the suffering. Processing difficulties as opportunities to grow more, evolve, fine tune the self within - to cultivate, nourish what’s good and what serves me and others too! Right here. Right now. With everything going on. “Move fast and break things.” We matter. We are not like things. Life is not a startup. We are human. We feel all our feels. We need love and compassion. To thrive well. We are worthy. This session and those precious ones…has helped me to Explore safely. Take in what’s going on…then hop on the mat to flow my energies…to bridge the gap between mind and body…to create space …to find: Balance. Grace. Equanimity. The equilibrium to shift my life experiences now as I bring good energy from the past (use it to power my focus/pose/ flow and witness the sensations it’s converted to in my body! The inner recesses of my being) and stay present to add move values for a brighter tomorrow. Yoga gives me endless possibilities. Feeling. Light. Upright. Core engaged. Head held high. Seeing the beauty and the highest in everyone. And it all starts by turning inwards. The answer lies within. In each pose. Each flow. But more so in the moments in-between each pose and flow.

I love you Adriene, Chris, dear teachers and everyone there in Austin. And this community. Thank you for keeping the daunting and possibly soul depleting pivots/changes/dealmakings and all its ilks at bay…so its seeds won’t take hold on the ground within and around me…I am tending to that by choosing to plant my own seeds and tend to it lovingly - rain or shine! At times the plants won’t be picture perfect, but I nourish it and allow it to thrive as soon enough, with every investment in time and energy, it flourishes. Thanks Adriene. I find it to be so. As I move and held each pose, I feel all the love you poured into this session as it showcased how joyful inner Exploration is. This is a gift to the senses! A balm to my whole being and soul!

I feel so blessed. So loved. May everyone feel the same way each time they set foot on the mat. With you all!

Peace. Light. Love. To everyone practicing. 🩷🧡💛💚🩵💙💜 0311/25

Did some major landscaping today and wow did I need this. I was so stiff in my lower back after axing away old root structures, weeding/sod removal of a big section, and creating garden beds/mulching. Thank you so much for this 🙏

Fantastic! Started a new job in May, and I really needed a gentle stretch to end my Saturday night. Going into Pride Month🏳️‍🌈 with my marching band and I needed to stretch my wrists and legs. This felt so good. Thank you Adrienne, Benji and team, lots of love from Philly.

We are just back from holiday in Lanzarote where I continued my daily yoga with a difference…outside. It was amazing in the stillness of the early morning, listening to the birds and the sound of the sea, all adding a new dimension to daily practice. It was wonderful 🙏🏻☀️❤️
