Oh how amazing and timely this practice was today! As my family "union" is breaking up due to enormous dysfunction these two practices are reminding me to honor, forgive and take care of myself! Learning to forgive others, especially those who are deliberate or not understanding the depths of their abuse, is the hardest challenge I have faced for 30 years. Thank you Adriene and team and Benji for helping me for three years and especially this month! I thank you for reminding me that I always have your support and how important it is to continue daily to step on the mat!

I really enjoyed this practice today! It was a lovely mix of movement, breath, and 'pause'. I won't lie, my hips hurt somewhat in the pigeon poses, but I used one on my lovely Selenite Palmstones to help me feel more calm, to breathe more deeply through the discomfort/ pain. Selenite is a lovely protective, cleansing and calming crystal, one that I find incredibly comforting and soothing - Much needed right now, with so much happening to my family, both near and far - and It's reminiscent of pure moonlight 🌕. You can use Selenite to clear and cleanse your other gems and crystals, and to magnify their properties. Just be careful not to let Selenite get wet - though many are sold with a protective coating these days 🥳- as it is a water soluble mineral!

Sending love, light and gratitude, bot just to Adriene, Benji, all of the YWA/ FWFG team, and to all of you lovely souls who make up but to all of our beautiful community, Namaste! 🧑🏽 🙏🏽 🌿 🕊️ 💗 🎑

Wishing I had had the guidance of an Adriene when I was in my 20's and 30's!! But I discovered her YouTubes at 71, and now at 76 practice FWFG almost daily. (My husband is gobsmacked that I am so consistent.) I am grateful for Adriene, indeed for all the teachers, and today, for this slow and deep session. This is yet another favorite.

Hi all, I have a question. My knees are bad and I cannot do the King Pidgeon pose. What can I do instead that will provide a similar benefit? Thank you all so much in advance.

What a beautiful release, feel like I have had a massage and worked out all the stress in my body! Quite an anxious time at work with change ahead, working with personalities that don’t see when hurt is being caused and disrespect being shown to others. Working through this will not be easy but practices like this not only help me to show kindness to myself but to manage these situations with a greater understanding of others ❤️🙏
