I lost my dog of 13.5 years yesterday. My chronic pain today wasn’t physical but intensely emotional. There are no words for the heartbreak i am feeling right now, for the overwhelming pain and less tears. It’s all i can do to just breathe. While this practice was for physical pain, i took it for my emotional pain - and it gave me the space to just breathe. Thank you, Adriene.

Id love to do a course where my practice and strength is improved. A lot of these feel very specialist and fir specific probkems. I enjoyed it but as part if a calender course id prefer to have some more exercise. Quodos to those with chrinic pain issues. I need to find something challenging on here with my membership 🙏🏻

Thanks Adriene. This was a great video. I was born with cerebral palsy and cannot remember the last day I did not have pain of some kind. Because of this I often feel disconnected to my body. I am 32 now and I have struggled to find a fitness routine that works for me. I find the whole "no pain, no gain" concept within the fitness community really harmful as a disabled person. It a. does not recognize the pain that I am already in and b. does not recognize that I should not push myself to experience. more pain. That is bad for my body. I have found your "find what feels good" mantra to be refreshing and powerful. As I do your videos you always remind me to respect where I am at, what my body is doing, and to make it happy. Since starting your videos about 10 months ago, I have found myself able to connect to my body more. Thanks for this video and all the others.

Today I didn't have the energy to follow the calendar. While scrolling I found this again. Exactly what I needed and what I had enough energy for this morning. Feeling a bit stronger again and going to make a best day.
