Just wondering🤔 Been practising daily for a couple of years, but I can’t get my ankle to stay in position up against my thigh in tree pose. Always slips down. Maybe it’s the muscles surrounding hips? I dunno

I just did this twice. I've cried every day since I started "reset" this month. I'm starting to find that perhaps I'm resetting my heart a bit...trying to open it and breathe through all the fear and all the feelings coming up.

<p>This is one of my go-to practices. Whenever I am short on time, I do this practice.  I have incorporated the tree pose into my daily practice, but still like the guidance of this practice. I purchased a small piece of art to use as a focal point to help with my balance, and I always hear my first yoga teacher challenging my belief that it is impossible for someone like me to do Tree Pose.   Now I do it every day and feel a sense of accomplishment to start my day.</p>

<p>I have the same problem with my foot sliding down my yoga pants. It's frustrating and not very fun. Very distracting to my practice! Thanks for all the suggestions. I'm going to try a piece of old yoga Matt between foot and thigh!</p>

Wow!! Left side was iffy, but right side i got a solid tree pose in for the first time EVER!! even managed my hands up in the air, very minimal wobblies!! Yay!!

Such a great pick me up. I love doing this quicky on my lunch break outdoors in the sun with feet in the grass

I do not recommend this one if your lower back is sensitive. I’ve done the down and throw your arms back move before fine but this many times and my lower back is now spasming a couple hours later.
