<p>My first time seeing this practice. I don’t have back pain. And yet, I fully appreciate how nice this was for my whole body! I did this after Yoga Care Package - Self Confidence. It’s a great pairing! I was yawning! I found what feels really good tonight. This is a hidden gem! Perfect nighttime practice. And I feel so much better than when I came onto the mat! The practice really has my back. I let go of any concerns and go with the flow! Nice takeaway. Trusting (fully in) the process has done me a lot of good. I am forever grateful Adriene. Thanks Team for including this session in this month’s Create calendar. I’m ready to call it a night. Be well everyone. Rest. Restore. Take good care. We can create grooves and (new) patterns to crack our way through whatever is on our plates. And maintain our own equilibrium. Our yoga practice has our collective backs. 💛💚🩵💙💜 07/16/25</p>
