I've been a YWA member since 2015/early 2016. This is still one of my go to videos. I wanted to make a note of it as it's great to go back too at any point in your yoga journey. Side idea- incorporate a feature to search for long time members for their favorites videos! I would love that as a long time member!

Can I ask....if I have back issues can I still do yoga sessions? I’m assuming it will help - I have a lower disc issue. I’m new to this and have just subscribed. Thank you.

<p>Somehow, despite 5 years of practicing with Adriene, and several years of daily practice, I had never done this before. Not a beginner but loved it. Seated forward fold and leg babies, these are a few of my favorite things. I found it annoying/amusing that I got hiccups right before starting this video. Definitely puts a wrinkle in pranayama. </p>
