<p>Yummy! Trust the yoga. “Trust the process. Trust teacher Adriene. Trust me. Trust yourself. Trust that everything is as it should be…” a gem of a practice! This is a very mindful flow. I did this after Day 3 Serie of Fibe with Liz as a warmup and it’s just works together. Connecting the dots. Finding places to ground. Places to lift. And finding places for me in between! Nice takeaway! Lean in and trust. That alone is a gift! I love the transitions. The moment of stillness. Marrying breath to movement. This is a nice mindful session. Giving the mind a reset, to pay attention - to allow room for more ways of doing things, demagnetizing ways that no longer serve. A great release. An opportunity to let go. Create more space for goodness to flourish. An empowering way to Meet and Greet the day! Nice cat-cow. Love Warriors! It’s so special in this session, from Warrior one with hands clasped together at the chest then turning from the center to Warrior 2. And Peaceful Warrior. Delicious extended side angles. Love the approach to cobra, nice flow! Really immersive down dogs. More graceful transition of the legs to the front. Slow mindful walks to the front of the mat…observing the breath in child’s pose, down dogs and cobra…nice staff pose…it’s all connected. Nice alignments. Nice body scans. Getting to know me even more! Honoring myself. Flowing down. Great for the nervous system. Toning, trimming, strengthening the whole body! Connecting the dots. It’s so good. It’s only day 2. Staying true! May we all feel connected to who we truly are and find the peace, love, supportive inner voice residing within us and May that inspire, motivate us to keep coming back to practice.
