This was a beautiful practice, I love the transition from wide legged stance to warrior one. I love those poses. Thanks . Enjoy the day. 🙏🏼

<p>Today was the first time I managed to get into the deep squat with my whole feet on the ground and hold the position the entire time. And I was also able to adjust my feet and just very comfortably remain in the squat. Could have stayed way longer!! This is big because I could never squat without my heels lifting. ❤️</p>

<p>I would love to get additional advice to prevent my hip flexors from screaming during longer boat sequences like this one. </p>

<p>Hi Guys - I’m not loving the changes to the app. My history is all weird and the practice I just did is not noted on my calendar. The calendar is important for me - I need it to be accurate for my accountability. </p>

The intro and outro music is so lovely ! Felt peace and some tears. Doing this practice end of dec 2020 and trying to get back on track. Excited for the Breath series!!

I thought I hated bridge pose but boat pose is it for me right now. I feel it in my legs and not my abs, and makes my legs burn so much that I can't even do it. Not sure what the problem is :(

When slowly rising from forward fold, I actually felt like a flower blooming! It was cathartic and symbolic in my life right now. This is my third year doing the challenge and the first time I have felt grounded enough to share🙌

Another favorite! I can see myself doing this on one of those early mornings where I want strength, but need to ease into it. Lovely.
