The mantra that popped into my head during today’s practices was: “I accept every outcome.” Say it slowly. Learning how to release my grip on the timeline of life

This was Yummy! Good to have when really feeling the pull of outside pressure —or just essential helpful to meet the day or let go of the day! It’s self love. Self empowerment. In a very short time! Acknowledge! 💚🩵💙💜 Frustration. Rage (even). Helplessness (when it keeps getting weirder). How to respond well. Or not. Where to start. Hint: do this practice. Or take a mindful walk. Move mindfully. Don’t just sit with it. Declutter. Create space. For Grace. Clarity. To keep engaged. With integrity. Not depleting the whole internal ecosystem. Or the body to feel sluggish. These are the times…to get used to connecting to our inner superhero, the peace within, our innate ability to be able to balance ourselves. We are whole. We are enough.

I sat with gratitude. Connected to those concerns. Those exist. It’s part of life. We just cannot control everything or everytone. “Life is suffering.” But there’s a way to ride the wave. This session is a nice way to deal with any sense of urgency…drop the doing. No judgments! I have! Its normal. We are all human. And we all have a voice. We are diverse 😊Thanks mat! 💚🩵💙💜especially in moments of worldwide uncertainties. There’s a common ground for all. Thanks Adriene, this is a nice way for me to acknowledge that there’s a “new normal.” (Which is not new anymore. We have been there. Or others more so…) Or that’s how it’s always been…we just don’t acknowledge it or show it…but it’s just not all done and and out in the open. Accept it all. Address it by landing on the mat. A safe space to find support from within…get connected to the inner peace within. What sits well on and in and with my hips. What is good for my shoulders, neck, back and heartspace. My gut. Awesome Adriene, this is a gem of a practice. First time I’ve come across this. And it’s beautiful. To safely and effectively gain access into my inner power.

“Allow. Release. Let go.”

Shed some weight off the shoulders and heartspace in alternate nostril breathing. Lighten up… Stretch, look up. It’s really a great way to balance myself. Spiral the heart and gut to the heavens. Long smooth even breathing while dotted with elbows on the mat. So soothing. I love the thread-the-needle here also. And grounding the right hip while diagonally extending opposite arm up — creates a lot of space! Really enjoy that stretch and lift while the hip grounds down, free up space. Release stagnant energy that can potentially get logged in that hip area. Loosen up. Awareness. “Moving from a place of connect.” Away a little. Have fun be lighthearted. Relax. Soften. To feel empowered. We are made to move. Life takes us to so many journeys, we are called up to meet…we keep moving…walking…slowly…pay attention…don’t get lost along the way. 💙🩵💚 it’s easy enough to say…and I am grateful that I have this platform to assist me! My mat is my GPS to go back home. All the time. To me! Feel empowered. Be Content. Maintain Clarity. Be levelheaded. Lighten up. Have more Space. Deaths into and through it all. Engage. Rotate the thoracic spine (thanks Teachers!) to relieve , pressure or tension…that feels so good…thread the needle! And that wide-legged stretch felt really good. Thanks for all the support Adriene. You have everything covered! That we have agency over how we experience our life. And you’re gifting us tools from our practice! I love you back! May everyone feel seen, heard, tended to, tenderly supported and respected by this safe space! Take good care. Smile. No one is ever alone. Peace. Light. Love. For All. 💚🩵💙💜 11/24/25

This was a difficult one with sinus congestion today. I definitely need a tissue (or 4!) after this

My anxiety relief in this one came in the form of my bloodhound. During the breathing exercise I must have sounded weird because he came and knocked my hand away from my face and started licking me. I laughed so hard, I then couldn’t breath. He was very involved with this one but it was just what I needed. Lots of laughter and being in the moment with him.

Beautiful practice! Any tips for those of us with a deviated septum who can’t do alternate nostril breathing properly? Would love to adapt without breaking the flow. Thank you!
