Wow this was amazing! I would love more somatic/EFT practices like this! I have been in and out of therapy for the last decade and I've gotten to the point now where it feels like my body just needs to release and process. This is why I love yoga so much as its been incredibly healing for me. I still feel like I don't know very much about EFT/somatic healing (outside of the yoga offered here) and would live to dive more into this 🤍 I cried a lot lol

While I enjoyed this calming practice, by the end, specifically when moving peace fingers down to the collar bone, I started to feel more anxiety and was crying by the end. Is this normal? My nervous system has been extremely taxed lately, and I was hoping this one would make me feel better...

I can’t thank you enough for this practice. I have been going through a very intense stressful time and for the last few weeks I’ve had excruciating shoulder, neck, head and jaw pains. This practice has helped me to feel more relaxed than I have done for many weeks. It will definitely go into my favourite folder. Many thanks again. Angélique

This was my first practice with Jenn. I did it in my garden with my cats around me (one of them,Blingy, joined me on the mat 😊). This was a lovely, calming and stretchy practice. Thank you. ☺️🙏

This is the most special practice. I feel so much calmer than I did right before it. It actually made me emotional with all those hip openers. Deer pose is just heaven. Thank you Jenn, thank you Adriene for introducing these wonderful teachers and friends to us. xx

I had a go at this practice today (I've been doing the other videos each day too and looking forward to the new one), the difference I feel from this short practice is wonderful, thank you for sharing this with us all here. As a trained therapist, it can be so useful to find new people and practices to do for my own wellbeing and to share with those I work with too. I'm going to start adding these practices to my monthly schedules. - thank you and I'm looking forward to learning more from you 💜
