This is the longest phase of your cycle, and the perfect time to celebrate and honor yourself through a home practice in solitude, before your cycle begins all over again. <br><br>In this phase we will feel a decline in energy and desire to lean into moderate to low intensity movement. Listen and honor the wisdom of your body. This 20 minute yoga session is designed to help you find a balanced pace so that you can drop in no matter where you are at. Mood swings, headaches, cravings, irritation, fatigue. I got you. Together, let’s explore elements of ease to help aid in PMS (premenstrual symptoms) and find what feels good today. <br><br>You are beautiful.
