Day 600 of daily yoga and this yummy practice really brought me deep awareness and happiness. Using the talking do dig deep into my muscles and bones. Really feeling out the alignment and fill the poses up with my breath. Wonderful. Thank you 💖

Awesome. Fun practice for me. I love this series too! Adriene, you make it so easy to stay committed to finding what feels good. Great work. My tree pose was majestic! Rocking warrior and wide-legged forward fold too. It’s easy to visualize/do the form or pose as you are so great at explaining everything. It us si evident that you love what you’re doing and you truly care about us. I totally love that about you. I am finding ease in the easy pose or Sukhasana for longer periods, thank you so much! Appreciate this grounding, centering, uplifting, therapeutic stability practice. I am grateful for this journey. Namaste ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
