Fabulous idea! We change so much during the cycle because of the hormones, is a great idea to match this with our yoga practise!

I actually feel quite unwell just before I ovulate, I wonder how common this is, as we only really hear about sickness at the beginning of the period. I only worked it out when I started tracking my cycles, it has helped me to better understand and be kinder to my body. I say this incase someone reading can relate/decides to start tracking their cycles to better understand their body. 🙏💕🌸

Oh gosh I wish I still had a menstrual cycle, but endometriosis has made that impossible for me. 😭 Still, I will do these practices when they resonate with my energy and honour my sweet body that way. What a gift, Adriene!

It’s like you read my mind! And based the comments, the minds of many other FWFG women! Thank you, Adriene and team. To any members who see this: check out the book Wild Power to help you fully embrace your magnificent cycle.

This was amazing! I’ve gone through menopause already but took the opportunity to experience this practice as the first one in my new home! A brand new RV that I plan to take me to places I have never seen, to try things I’ve never tried! With yoga and my breath (and Adriene) by my side - I know I am strong enough to do this on my own!

Thank you Adriene!

Namaste, Chris

Oh my GOSH Adriene, just when I think you've already created every perfect series there is! Was so happy to see the release of these three videos this morning- as someone who struggles with understanding and honoring the very real phases of my cycle, I am so grateful for these videos!!!

I love that you began by saying "there is no assumption on what your energy levels might be". That made the world of difference to me x

As my 10-year-old daughter would say, “Yaas, Queen!” 😂 Loved this one for getting that core work in at this point in the cycle! 👑

Thank you for developing a series for women"s sexual health.

I never realized how much stronger I am in this phase. Side-plank is a pose I often struggle with; but this time it was (almost ;-)) a breeze.

I will be sure to use this new knowledge in my daily life.

I’ve been working on finding my cycle after having my baby last year. Ovulating today and it usually comes with feeling a little wonky, a little hot, and a surrender. This was absolute perfectionnnnn and it felt so good to break a sweat at this point in my cycle. Ahhhh soo good
