Good practice for teachers, as we are actors too!

This really did warm up the body! I usually practice yoga in the morning, so opted for this one of the two on the calendar today. It is also the day for the memorial of my mom's passing eleven years ago today. She would have been 79 this year. I miss you all the time, Moomer. Thank you, Adriene. Namaste all 🙏💖😑🙆🏻‍♀️🫶

I wish there was a Yoga for Singers video, but this one works well as my go to before performances.

My right wrist and arm in general is quite sore atm so I’ve created a hands free playlist for myself. Really enjoyed the toe balancing in this one! It showed me that my balance has really improved in the last year or so ✨👌

I have worn out my wrists doing daily yoga and resorted to yoga without hands and wrists. Every video I've done has been invigorating and taught me I can do yoga without my hands and wrists and still get a work out. Thank you Adriene. You never cease to amaze me! I hope I can get my hands and wrists working well again.

I wasn’t sure if this practice was right for me this morning but oh Yes ! I felt a shift in my brain, was a bit wobbly but my balance came into focus. I am thriving xxx Namaste

I'm starting to learn the magic of "fake it til you make it" at work. All the world is a stage, right? I've been telling myself to tap into my inner actor and to pretend I am more confident and self-assured than I feel, and it actually works! So, this may be a fitting practice.

Nothing quite like a practice that REALLY focuses (and refocuses!) on conscious standing—it’s like it completely rewires my entire posture and physical sense of self. I always walk off the mat feeling like a different person 💛
