Normally any time I do those shakes in a practice i smile and laugh, but today i felt all the frustration from the past few weeks bubble up and i cried instead. Today was hard—this whole week was hard. I relapsed into a bout of depression for the first time in months, and despite this being a crown practice, I didn’t feel like myself. I still don’t feel like myself. And I’m struggling to trust myself. And perhaps that’s the most “yoga” part of today for me—acknowledging that that’s where I am right now. For anyone else struggling, I’m here with you, you aren’t alone 💜

<p>I love this series. I think this was the 3rd or 4th time for me and the experience is a little different each time. I am taking my LCSW exam on Tue 9/9 so this series has been very grounding and helped me stay rooted. I am 58 so my brain does not hold things like it did in my 20s and 30s. Or 40s 😊 - but I'm determined! And o think of Tyler when I say If I don't pass I'm still a good person! Thank you as always for a great week of connection. 💗🙏💗</p>

<p>Sticking with this series was a challenge for me. I lost my soul dog, Bailey, a week ago this past Friday and it’s been the hardest thing I’ve ever been through. She’s back with me now eternally. She was my yogi buddy and I will miss her every single day. I’m so glad to have these practices to help me through my grief. Hug your Benjis a little tighter today for me. ❤️</p>

Just before this practice today my 18 year old had an anxiety attack. Her depression is very hard to deal with but yoga helps so much. Ive attempted to introduce her to it but shes not keen. I know it would help her ao much.

<p>I really enjoyed this series but found this last practice hard. I am simply not flexible enough for some of positions. I found adaptations but had to keep glancing at the screen to check what I should be aiming for. Maybe it was me but it felt like a lot more advanced than the previous practices in this series.</p>

<p>Wow, this chakra series was a wild journey for me. Not gonna lie but a lot of reactive energies came up for me on and off the mat. I'm going to practice consciously releasing. Thankfully, I have a meditation practice that can support me.
