<p>Good strong practice, with fun transitions from high lunge to airplane arms - I enjoyed that!</p><p>I just avoided the Hip Dips - once injured a shoulder doing them 🥴 - and stayed in forearm plank instead which is a good workout too 😅</p>

<p>I'm recently a mom of three, and I am struggling 💔. I have been doing everything in my power to meet myself on my mat in the early mornings, and I've been pretty consistent at three days a week for the last several weeks. Today started off rough, and didn't get to practice in the early hours. Kids went down for naps (all three even, which is absolutely NEVER), and I made it to my mat (well, not really, but the floor 🤣), and this was JUST WHAT I NEEDED as a practice today. It was the discipline I needed for my mind to tell me to relax. Thank you, Adriene! You saved me today! ❤️</p>
