How is everyone's energy levels? 😬 I have found This April SUPER full on and exhausting with all the purging and all the weeks after the total solar eclipse . I will aim to come back to this practice later in May Aaron, it looks fantastic.

Based on comments, I see I am not alone in thinking there are too many push-ups here. If you have a weak upper body or issues with wrists/shoulders, even on your knees, this many push-ups will result in poor form and may exacerbate issues. I'd like to see upper body workouts incorporating some different moves and weights, but including push-ups. I think many people will feel discouraged from not being able to really do everything in the video. Seems like this workout is not for those who most need it-- those with the weakest upper bodies. You need some baseline strength to actually do this. I don't feel like this is a very thoughtful video as one of the first from this trainer.

I loved this video! It’s so doable to add to a routine. I wonder if once a week would help me build my strength, at least as a start.

There should also be a note to warm up for 3-5 minutes before jumping right into the workout. If there is one takeaway from working with my trainer years ago - it was - ALWAYS warm up the body. Just a few simple moves to let your body know it's time to use your muscles. :-)

Can't do this with my bad wrist. I'd have to be on my forearms.

Wow, great practice! I was so scared of doing it, because I thought it would be impossible. 😂 It was difficult, of course, but I did it and it feels so good! 💪🏻

A challenge! But I always tell my students to take on new things so I'm glad I tried it. Will definitely stick with all 3 days and come back to them again.
