Join Tyler in this 48-minute exploration of Anantasana, or Sleeping Vishnu Pose, also known as side-reclining leg lift. This under-appreciated yoga pose warms up the core, hamstrings, and outer hips. Tyler encourages regular check-ins with your body during this practice. Check yourself before you wreck yourself!

You will need a strap and may also like two blocks for this practice.

Oh Tyler! That was wonderful! Do not let the length of the video persuade you away. It actually goes by quickly. It's split down the middle with half floor work, and half standing. The poses and flow are really nice. Most are beginner friendly, with a few like half moon being intermediate. Most can be adjusted to fit you. I definitely recommend using the props, as they really helped me get more out of the pose. I did build a bit of heat, but didn't break out into a sweat. Wonderful flow overall, and by the end I felt the lingering effects of it all. Definitely saving to my Playlist.

Saw a new practice with Tyler was up. Immediately jumped on it, didn’t care about the time didn’t care about it having core in the title. Just wanted Tyler’s energy to start my day off with. Beautiful practice. Challenging at times but not too challenging. Thank you 🙏

Thank you Tyler. It’s the first time I have followed one of your sessions. I loved your pace and calming tone. I feel as if I have been wrapped in a beautiful warm blanket and feel as if I am floating on air. Loved the way we quietly transitioned into a half moon in a way that demystified it and somehow made it easier to hold my balance in the pose. The lying down Vishnu balance pose had me laughing out aloud as I wobbled and lost my balance but I wanted to come back for me and enjoy the fun. Thank you

Lovely way to ease into Half Moon. I always find it tricky but managed it on both sides this time! Been holding off doing this practice until a weekend when I had more time and it was definitely worth the wait. Love your classes Tyler 🫶🙏

Thank you so much for this class Tyler! Your cues were so helpful, and the class seemed to fly by. I had to laugh as I wobbled (a lot) there near the end!
