<p>wow, that was exactly what I was looking for and what I needed. Is it normal that the heel doesn't touch the wall when you apply pressure? Only my toes could touch the wall permanently. I couldn't apply any strong pressure. Unfortunately, I work a lot at a desk 🙄. Thank you ✨✨🙏🏻</p>

<p>👍👍 I bet it would be good at 0.75x the speed. There were a few transition where I was a little slower. Took an extended savasana for the perfect end. </p>
