<p>The whole message of this practice is so gorgeous and so needed. My body image has been out of whack lately, but I find when I’m consistent with my practice that it’s so much better, and I, too, don’t hyperfocus on specific body parts. This 30 days is resonating so much with me!</p><p>Also, I was totally deceived by the title and thumbnail and thought I was in for a chill day lolol loved this one!</p>

<p>What a belter of a practice, loved it.</p><p>First time doing 30 days True and I must say out of all of them this is my fave 30 days so far, still to do revolution and dedicate yet too though. 💕💕</p>

<p>And in order to surrender, I must trust. I do. Powerful message, powerful practice. Yoga is magic. Thank you 😊💕✨</p>

<p>I have been going through the TRUE journey the last couple of weeks, and this practice happened to fall on Election Day 2024. Thank you for strengthening my inner peace Adriene, to know I can ‘work hard’ and fight for what I believe in, without losing my inner peace, to know my choice will be made with integrity and I will continue to uphold my values no matter the outcome. ❤️❤️❤️</p>

<p>Wow! This was beautiful beyond words! To be Strong and Light in heated moments and my inner smile ever so radiant. Drawing upon the power of the breath. To bring down the heartbeat. It’s so evident in this practice. I am sweating and yet so calm! Lovely! The power of working inwards is on full display in this session. Sweet surrender! I feel so honored to receive your light Adriene. Thank you for providing the whole spectrum of self-discovery! This is so good! It is to be experienced. I surprised myself here!
